Refund and Returns Policy

At Dog Toys Shop, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, in order to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, some items may not be returned if you change your mind. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to contact us. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
